Time for noodles & rice: exploring other way of life in Asia

The most extensive continent which limits sometimes are discussed, mainly in the west part. Not only there are Chinese people (as most of the European think!), Indonesian, Indians, Arabs... shocking culture for Europeans I would say. Delicious food everywhere with incredible mixes. Calm life, relax people in general... many things to say about this huge land. I only know a bit however, thirsty of knowing more and more.
